Workshops with clients and collaborators provided insights into dementia care, leading to the creation of twenty surface concepts based on key findings: object permanence, need for stimuli, nature feeling, identity, and visual orientation. Four of these concepts were materialized for testing and discussion.

The Surface Library and Generate Grid turn conversations into physical surfaces, setting boundaries for idea generation and facilitating meaningful dialogue. This framework condenses complex information into actionable insights, aiding in the realization of the care home's project.
